170531 buying forms for the TOP UP in UENR

On the 31st of May, 2017, I went to Sunyani to purchase the top up form, I finished filling the forms and submitted at the same time. I left here at about 7:00 am and got there at around 10:00 am. I finished there and left there at around 15:00 and got here around 18:00.
